How to Access the Contract Routing Form Using FREVVO? (Important: Use Google Chrome As Your Browser)

  1. Go to the Office of General Counsel website.
  2. Select “Submitting Contract for Review.”
  3. Sign in using your Boise State credentials.

How to Sign Your Name in Frevvo:

  1. Click on the Pencil Icon to electronically sign your name in Frevvo, first click the “pencil icon.” APPROVER SECTION
  2. Type your name in the box located on the bottom left-hand side of the pop-up window that opens and then click “Done” to close the pop-up window.

SignHow to Approve a Task:

  • INITIATOR – If you are the INITIATOR and do not have authority to sign the routing form send the form to a department level manager; DEAN, ASSOCIATE DEAN DIRECTOR, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, MANAGER, ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS MANAGER, VICE PRESIDENT, ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, or PRESIDENT for approval.
  • APPROVER – If you are an APPROVER, someone who has authority to sign the routing form, proceed to submit the form.
  1. You will receive an email asking you to approve the routing form.
  2. Click on the link to review the task.
  3. You will be taken to a login page where you login using your Boise State username and password.
  4. Your tasks to approve should appear on the left side.
  5. If your tasks don’t appear do the following: Click HOME in the top right corner.
  6. Click MY TASKS on the left.
  7. Click the play button on the task you wish to complete.  The task may be slow to load:

How to Revise a Form that was Sent Back to You:

  1. You will receive an email notification to revise a Frevvo form.
  2. Go to Frevvo.com
  3. Login with your Boise State employee email address, all lowercase and your frevvo password
  4. Your tasks to approve should appear on the left side
    1. If your tasks don’t approve do the following: Click HOME in the top right corner
    2. Click MY TASKS in the left
  5. Click the play button on the task you wish to complete:
